The 30-day "run the numbers" guarantee
If within 30 days of purchase you feel the playbook wasn't worth it, email support@onefullbox.com with your receipt (or just the email you checked out with) and say "refund please." That's it — full refund, no forms, no exit interview.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank sets the exact timing).
- You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
After 30 days
Because these are instantly downloadable digital products, we can't offer refunds after the 30-day window — but if something is genuinely broken (a file won't open, a download failed), we'll always make it right. Just contact us.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us first — a chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee, while a refund email takes a day. We promise to honor every legitimate guarantee request.
