Frequently asked questions
Everything drivers ask before grabbing the playbook.
What exactly do I get?
Nine downloads: The Gig Driver's Money Playbook (PDF guide), the Earnings Tracker (Excel spreadsheet with automatic formulas, quarterly tax summary, Schedule C helper, and pre-loaded sample data), a one-page Tax Deduction Checklist (PDF), a 2026–2027 Tax Deadline Calendar (.ics for your phone), a printable Certificate of Money Clarity (PDF) — plus the bonus stack: Customer Message Swipe File, Offer Decision Cheat Sheet, START-HERE Quick-Start Guide, and Tax-Time Document Checklist (all PDF). Plus free lifetime updates to new editions.
How do I receive the products?
Instantly after checkout — you'll land on a download page with all nine files (playbook, tracker, checklists, tax calendar, certificate, and the four bonus guides), and a payment receipt arrives by email. Save the files somewhere safe; they're yours forever.
Which apps does this cover?
DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Uber, and Lyft. The core math and strategy apply to any per-gig driving work; multi-apping strategy covers running two or more apps at once.
I'm not in New York. Is this still useful?
Yes. One section covers NYC zones specifically, but everything else — the true-hourly math, offer screening, scheduling, multi-apping, expenses and taxes — applies anywhere in the US, with a framework for mapping your own city.
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. The tracker is a standard .xlsx file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets (free), Apple Numbers, and LibreOffice (free). All formulas work in each.
Is this financial or tax advice?
No — it's educational content. The tax chapter is a checklist of commonly deductible expense categories for gig drivers. Always confirm deductions with a licensed tax professional for your situation.
Will this guarantee I earn more?
Honestly: no product can guarantee earnings — that depends on your market, hours, and effort. What this guarantees is clarity: you'll know your true numbers, which orders lose money, and which hours pay best. Most drivers find that alone changes their decisions.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Work through Chapter 1 with your own numbers. If you don't see your driving more clearly, email support@onefullbox.com within 30 days of purchase with your receipt and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation. See the refund policy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on a PCI-compliant payment processor over 256-bit encrypted connections. We never see or store your card number.
Can I share the files with a friend?
Your purchase is a single-user license — please don't redistribute the files. But we'd love it if you told fellow drivers about the site; the free checklist is made for sharing.
I lost my download link. What now?
Email support@onefullbox.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll re-send your files.
Who makes The Driver's Ledger?
The Driver's Ledger is a venture of One Full Box LLC. The playbook was written from real driver math and strategy — plain-English, no guru fluff.
